Welcome to Assalam Clinic. We opened our doors in 2006 to serve the immigrant population that had no health insurance. Due to overwhelming success and demand from the community at large, we later expanded to offer services to the general community. The clinic started with a trailor with 4 physicians and 8 volunteers, five years later, we moved to another trailor in 2011 with 5 exam rooms, business office and reception. Opening of champions community health care inc as corporation 2016.

Preventive Eye Clinic

Comprehensive eye exams to detect early signs of vision problems, eye diseases, and systemic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Vision checks for glasses are not offered at our clinic. Appointment based, once a month.

Primary/General Medical Care

Your first stop for everyday health concerns, preventive checkups, chronic condition management, and referrals to specialists.

Rheumatology Clinic

Diagnosis and treatment for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as arthritis, lupus, and fibromyalgia. Appointment based, once a month.

Gynecology And Well Woman Exam Clinic

Personalized care for women’s health, including annual exams, pap smears, birth control consultations, and menopause management. Appointment based, once a month.

Lab and Radiological Test

Onsite diagnostic testing including bloodwork, X-rays, and imaging to support accurate and timely medical decisions.

Adult Psychiatric Services

Confidential mental health evaluations and treatment for conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and more.

Pulmonary Diseases

Specialized care for lung and respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, and chronic bronchitis.

Kidney Disease

Evaluation and management of kidney-related conditions including chronic kidney disease, nephritis, and electrolyte imbalances.

Hypertensive Clinic

Focused care for managing high blood pressure to prevent complications like heart disease, stroke, and kidney damage. Appointment based, once a month.

Podiatry Clinic

Expert diagnosis and treatment for foot and ankle conditions, including diabetic foot care, injuries, and chronic pain. Appointment based, once a month.

    We will be requiring a deposit of $20 to book an appointment. Once patient will show up on the appointment day at the clinic, we will refund your account the amount of $20. We are requesting if you could pay a donation of just $1 to cover a service fee for credit card transaction.
