Welcome to Assalam Clinic. We opened our doors in 2006 to serve the immigrant population that had no health insurance. Due to overwhelming success and demand from the community at large, we later expanded to offer services to the general community. The clinic started with a trailer with 4 physicians and 8 volunteers, five years later, we moved to another trailer in 2011 with 5 exam rooms, business office, and reception. The opening of champions community healthcare inc as corporation 2016.
